The team of Arbalet is a Champion
If everyone does good within their means, the possibilities of good will become limitless.
Fazil Iskander
In about a week or two after returning home we flew to Murat Zhumashevich in Kazakhstan. He wanted to congratulate us (his team) personally. He was very happy. And it was natural: he had believed in us; he created all the conditions; he provided us with everything necessary for the development of skills and abilities; and we won the world championship for him. The whole world learned that the Arbaletâs team won the world championship! I believe that one of the success factors was that we had such power behind! The very serious person, one of the most influential people of Kazakhstan, had believed in us. For us this was like an approval to conquer any championship. We knew that we couldnât betray such a person; so, we were obliged to win first place. And we did it!
A lavish welcome reception awaited us in Almaty. Arbalet gave a cash bonus to everyone on top of what we earned in the championship. A huge table with all sorts of delicacies waited for us in his castle. Arbalet joined us at this table; we talked with him a lot; he asked us about how it all happened; and he himself told many wonderful stories. During this visit our team knew him much better. We werenât the only team he ever supported, but we were the first who became world champions in Counter-Strike 1.6.
We were accommodated at the five-star Hyatt hotel, which was located next to his castle. Later on, we will stay at this hotel every time we come to Almaty. We felt ourselves the most welcome guests.
An amusement park built by Murat Zhumashevich for the city was located nearby. He gave us a great tour of this park and personally explained what and where was built. Of course, we rode all the rides in this park. The employees of Arbalet took us to a mountains trip on the second or third day. We admired beautiful views (that there are many around Almaty); we took pictures as the team; we walked and had fun. It was delicious!
During that visit we talked a lot with Arbalet. It was a priceless gift from him. He not only told different interesting stories, but also advised us good books to read; he recommended various sites where you could find useful information. He literally changed our perspective on many things, directed our view of life.
Murat Zhumashevich is an excellent storyteller. He looks to the very essence of things and talks about them in such a way that everyone wants to learn about those as much as possible. I regret that I could not memorize all his stories word for word. I retain fragments of conversations and some particular questions. For example, he told us that there are three most common causes of death: cancer, stroke and heart attack. He told us in detail about the things that could lead to these problems.
